Richard Balagur is owner of Balagur Associates. He has a BA from Union College and MBA from Plymouth State University. He has worked as a carpenter, building contractor specializing in Post and Beam Frames, building trades instructor,, CPA, and professional ski instructor. Richard bought his first rental property in 1977. When not working from his office in the 20 West Park building, Richard enjoys sailing, skiing and photography. You will find Richard in the basement level of the 20 West Park building in Suite 001.

We understand the importance of personal service

Balagur Associates manages residential and commercial properties in Lebanon, Laconia, and Concord, New Hampshire. The company is a fully staffed property management company and operates out of three offices in the 20 West Park building in Lebanon, NH. Service for Balagur Associates tenants is always only a short walk, email or call away. We have two full-time facilities staff, an office manager and property owner on-site five days per week. Our tenants are given staff cell phone numbers and the owners home phone number. We know how important personal service can be and we strive to give speedy, professional service at all times.
